It is composed of 2 active & clinically documented probiotic strains:

2. Lactobacillus plantarum HH-LP56, 2 Billion

Can I take Digesti·Pro with warm water?
It is advised to take your probiotics with water at room temperature, and not with hot/warm water as the latter will reduce the chance of the good bacteria getting to your gut unharmed.
