Standard Delivery - Items will be delivered to your doorsteps within the next 3 working days.

No delivery on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Return or Exchange Policy.

Customers are strongly advised to check the items at the point of receiving.

All goods sold are strictly non refundable. Exchange or replacement is allowed in the following circumstances

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong product received

EZ Market only accepts requests for exchanges or replacement within 7 days from the date of order.

Due to food safety reasons, chilled and frozen products are strictly non-exchangeable.

To receive a replacement for wrong orders, item(s) must be returned in the same condition you received. EZ Market will not accept items for replacement if they have been used or damaged.

EZ Market reserves the rights to reject any return or exchange that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements. EZ Market reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
